Dar has signed a major four-year contract with Kuwait’s Public Authority for Housing Welfare (PAHW) to manage and supervise the construction of complete infrastructure networks serving the new South Saad Al-Abdullah City.
The $1.1 billion project will lay the groundwork for the 65-square-kilometre residential city designed to house 400,000 people and envisioned to become one of the largest urban developments in Kuwait and a significant greenfield city in Dar’s portfolio.
This milestone award reflects Dar’s ongoing commitment to supporting Kuwaiti stakeholders in building sustainable, future-ready communities and reinforces our role as a trusted partner in Kuwait’s national development.
