Dar’s Area Manager for Türkiye and Central Asia Maral Mitilyan was a featured speaker at the Women in Construction Summit (İnşa Eden Kadınlar Zirvesi), held on the 23^rd of September 2025 at the Istanbul Finance Centre (İstanbul Finans Merkezi Ziraat Kuleleri Auditorium).

The summit brought together pioneering women leaders, academics, entrepreneurs, and young professionals from the construction sector, serving as a platform to celebrate women’s achievements while addressing pressing issues such as equal representation in decision-making and the role of women in sustainable development. Organised by Turner with support from leading industry institutions in Türkiye, the program featured impactful panels and keynote speeches from both international and local leaders.

Maral represented Dar on the panel “Sectors Transformed by Women Leaders,” alongside other inspiring voices from the sector. Sharing her own career experiences and recommendations, she emphasised how women are shaping the industry’s present and future.
