The project

Dar worked with the municipality of Al-Salt City to upgrade and rehabilitate the city centre, which includes the O’qba Bin Nafe School area and its surroundings. The intent was to enhance the centre’s potential as a touristic attraction and create a public space on a 15,000 m2 site area. The project mainly comprises outdoor and landscaped spaces, underground parking, covered spaces for open markets, a tourist information office, exhibition area, restaurants, cafes, and related services.

Dar’s scope included preparing the detailed design and engineering packages, including drawings and specifications.
