Overview
One of Africa’s most strategic upcoming transport corridors, the Zambia-Lobito Railway Link is envisioned to establish an 830-kilometre open-access rail linking northwestern Zambia and Angola’s Benguela Railway. The connection provides direct access to the Port of Lobito and strengthens the Lobito Development Corridor, boosting regional trade, logistics, and connectivity between Zambia, Angola, and international markets. Dar – through our Dar Angola office and in collaboration with sister Sidara company R&H Rail – is providing Owner’s Engineer services to support the Africa Finance Corporation in developing this strategic corridor.
