At Dar, we envisage policy making as a strategic vehicle to link sound governance decisions to effective and implementable approaches. Our knowledge and expertise lie at the heart of urban development policies, in particular in social, economic, environmental, and physical matters.
We perform sector studies and socio-economic analyses for new urban development and urban upgrading projects. These enable us to offer our clients sounder policy advice. Our team also assesses project feasibility and land as a resource. Throughout the different stages of a project, we work to build consensus and remain engaged with the involved populations: stakeholders and the local communities.
